Ever since she started teaching, she has been passionate about her commitment to three things:

1. To let the students know WHAT and WHY they will learn as it lays the foundation for concepts, skills and information.
2. Establishing a learner-centered environment where a student’s desire and ability to learn can work most effectively.
3. Instilling a sense of self-worth and confidence among all students.

She designs positive approaches and proactive interventions advancing learner engagement; academic achievement; cognitive development; and social, behavioral and communication improvements. Her qualifications include an MA in English Literature and a certification in Intuitive Curriculum Design.

She is proficient in three languages (English, Hindi, Punjabi) and possesses impressive lecturing and research facilitation, critical and creative thinking, and optimistic leadership as core skill set. She is self-taught for over three years in cognitive learning strategies and enjoys learning more about its practical applications in education and workplace.
